Because playing dress up is a fashion bloggers favorite past time, Fashion Groupie aka Karen was sweet enough to organize another day of photo shoot fun with Jake Narciso. Last time we styled ourselves according to themes, and this time each blogger was partnered with a local Los Angeles-based designer. I was paired up with Allysun of Kittinhawk, an edgy, rock ‘n roll line that has immaculate detailing and cool costume effects. Think sultry avant garde with a twist. I pulled three looks, which I’ll be sharing with you soon. In the interim, enjoy these pretty sweet behind-the-scenes pics.

Another big thank you to Karen for organizing the day and to Katie Hale for makeup and Aileen Nham for hair.

I’m stoked to announce that I’ll be partnering once again with Karen aka Fashion Groupie for another fun-tabulous photo shoot this fall. Instead of styling ourselves according to a theme (like last year), each blogger involved is partnering with a local LA-based fashion brand.

I was lucky enough to land Kittin Hawk– An edgy line that’s all about layers, cutouts, textures and is allll black (from what I can tell). More about them coming soon, but how amazing are their pieces? Pretty sweeeet!
